How to Apply for a National D Visa (Employment)
Step 1: Complete the Excel Form
Employers must complete the official Excel form for submitting a National D visa application (xlsx, 12.2 kB) .
Step 2: Send the Request Email
Employers must send the completed Excel form to the email address: rezervacie.delhi@mzv.sk
Important: Complete guidelines are published in the Slovak language. The Embassy will communicate only with Slovak companies and their Slovak representatives .
Step 3: Wait for Response
Processing may take several days. Do not send repeated requests, as this may disrupt the order of processing .
Step 4: Attend Appointment
Appointments for National D visas are processed through BLS International .
