RIYADH – July 7, 2026 — Saudi Arabia has launched a new Package Visa pilot program that allows eligible travelers to obtain a tourist visa as part of an integrated travel package, combining flights, accommodation, and visa application into a single booking.
The fully digital initiative is the result of joint efforts by the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Interior, and the Insurance Authority. It adds a fourth entry pathway alongside the tourist e-Visa, visa on arrival, and Stopover Transit Visa.

How It Works
Instead of arranging flights, accommodation, and a visa separately, eligible travelers can book everything through approved travel and tourism service providers in one integrated process.
Once the travel package is purchased, the electronic visa is issued within 48 hours. Travelers do not need to visit a Saudi embassy or submit a separate visa application.
⚠️ Important: Once issued, the travel package cannot be canceled. If the package is canceled, the associated visa is automatically canceled as well.
